These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TrippBit, a product operated by vibeIT labs ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of TrippBit via our Telegram bot and our website at trippbit.com (collectively, the "Service").
IMPORTANT NOTICE (INTERMEDIARY ROLE)
TrippBit acts as an intermediary/agent that enables you to search, compare, reserve, and manage travel products and services (such as accommodation and, where available, flights and other travel-related services) that are provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, airlines) and/or third-party booking partners.
For eSIM products (where available), TrippBit acts as a reseller for MobiMatter (or its applicable affiliates/partners). MobiMatter’s terms and conditions may apply in addition to these Terms.
This means:
- Your travel contract for the relevant booking is generally between you and the third-party supplier (and/or the relevant booking partner), and their terms and conditions will apply in addition to these Terms.
- We do not own or operate the travel inventory, and we do not guarantee that a supplier will honor a booking if the supplier’s own terms allow them to cancel/modify (for example, due to overbooking, force majeure, or payment/verification issues).
- We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or partners, including changes, cancellations, service failures, or the quality/safety of any travel service.
1. About the Service
TrippBit is an AI-powered travel companion that operates inside Telegram. The Service may allow you to:
- search for and reserve accommodation and other travel services;
- purchase and activate eSIM products (where available);
- receive booking confirmations and updates in Telegram and/or by email;
- manage bookings;
- use translation and trip assistance features.
1.1 Telegram Platform Disclaimer
The Service operates via the Telegram platform. Telegram is a third-party service not operated or controlled by us. We are not responsible for Telegram’s availability, uptime, security, features, policies, or data practices. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram’s own terms and policies, and any issues attributable to Telegram (including outages, message delivery failures, account compromise, or platform-level data handling) are outside our responsibility.
We may add, remove, or change features at any time.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your Telegram account and any access credentials used with the Service. You agree that any information you provide in connection with the Service (including booking and traveler details) will be accurate and complete.
3. Bookings, Supplier Terms, and Your Responsibilities
When you make a booking through the Service, you agree to:
- review and accept the applicable supplier/partner terms (including rules on check-in, cancellations, refunds, changes, no-shows, taxes/fees, and any deposit requirements);
- comply with the supplier’s rules and any applicable laws (including passport/visa requirements and local regulations);
- ensure traveler details are correct (names, dates, documents, etc.). Errors may result in a denied service, extra fees, or loss of the booking.
4. Prices, Taxes, Fees, and Payments (Including Crypto)
Prices are shown based on real-time information received from suppliers/partners. Taxes and mandatory fees may be included or presented separately depending on the supplier/partner’s data and local requirements.
Where we accept cryptocurrency payments, you acknowledge that:
- blockchain confirmations and network fees (gas/transaction fees) may apply;
- exchange rates may fluctuate; and
- once a crypto transaction is sent, it may be irreversible.
5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the relevant supplier/partner policy for your booking. We can help you submit requests, but we cannot guarantee approval or override supplier/partner rules.
5.1 eSIM Purchases (MobiMatter) — Final Sale; No Refunds
Where the Service enables you to purchase eSIM products, TrippBit acts as a reseller for MobiMatter (or its applicable affiliates/partners) for those eSIM products. Your eSIM purchase and use may also be subject to MobiMatter’s terms and conditions (in addition to these Terms), and you agree to comply with them.
All eSIM purchases are final and non-refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including after delivery of an eSIM (or activation code/QR code) or if you are unable to use the eSIM due to device compatibility, network coverage, configuration issues, travel plan changes, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the Service, making fraudulent bookings, or using the Service for unlawful activity.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including branding, software, and content we provide) are owned by or licensed to vibeIT labs ltd and its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7A. User Content (License to Use for Service Improvements)
If you submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise provide any content through the Service (including messages, preferences, reviews, trip details, documents, photos, feedback, or itineraries you share) (“User Content”), you retain any ownership rights you may have in that User Content.
However, you grant vibeIT labs ltd and TrippBit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publish, display, and otherwise use your User Content to operate, maintain, improve, and develop the Service (including training, evaluating, and improving our models and workflows), and to provide support and enforce these Terms. This license continues for as long as necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable law.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8.1 AI Disclaimer (Informational Only; Verify Before You Act)
You acknowledge and agree that any AI-generated content (including travel recommendations, suggested itineraries, pricing explanations, summaries, translations, concierge responses, or other outputs) is provided for informational purposes only and may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, including due to AI “hallucinations.” You must independently verify all critical information before booking, traveling, or relying on it (including dates, prices, cancellation rules, entry/visa requirements, health/safety guidance, local laws, and supplier terms).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrippBit and vibeIT labs ltd are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from or related to errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content or your reliance on such content.
AI outputs and translation features may be inaccurate and are provided for convenience only. You are responsible for verifying critical travel information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vibeIT labs ltd (and its directors, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to:
- your use of (or inability to use) the Service;
- any booking, travel service, or dispute with a third-party supplier/partner; or
- delays, cancellations, overbooking, supplier failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount of service fees (if any) paid to us in connection with the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you through the Service and/or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
11. UK Sanctions and Export Controls Compliance (Service Restrictions)
You agree to comply with all applicable sanctions, export controls, and related laws and regulations, including (where applicable) the UK Sanctions List and guidance issued by the UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (“OFSI”).
Service Availability Restrictions. To comply with sanctions and export control requirements, TrippBit services (including hotel bookings, booking management, and any cryptocurrency transactions or crypto payment options) are not available to:
- any individual or entity located in a sanctioned or embargoed jurisdiction; or
- any individual who is a resident of a sanctioned or embargoed jurisdiction; or
- any individual or entity that is otherwise subject to sanctions or is owned or controlled by (or acting on behalf of) a sanctioned person.
For clarity, this restriction specifically includes Russia and Belarus (among other jurisdictions that may be sanctioned from time to time).
We may screen, block, suspend, refuse, or cancel access to the Service and/or any transaction or booking where we reasonably believe it may violate applicable sanctions or export controls, or where required to do so by law. You may be required to provide additional information for compliance checks. We are not responsible for losses resulting from actions taken to comply with sanctions or export controls.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (ENGLAND)
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Company Details and Contact
